  • 1 Air Fryer Optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Slice Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40 g Light Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pitta Bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut the carrot and cheese into small pieces
  • Beat the 2 eggs and add the carrot and cheese
  • Air Fry the pitta for 3-4 minutes turning half way (I used a frozen pitta)
